Tap Restore purchases at the bottom of the shop. Remove Ads, the Starter Pack and VIP come back.
Coins and progress are stored on the device and reset if the Game is deleted. If you bought coins and lost them, write to us.
On iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store > Payments & subscriptions. The "Manage subscription" button in the shop takes you there too.
Send us the word and the level number; we update the dictionary regularly.
