Kullanım Koşulları

WordVenture'ı ("Oyun") indirerek veya oynayarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Oyun Digitagram tarafından geliştirilir.

Apple kullanıcıları

Oyunu App Store'dan indirdiyseniz Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) geçerlidir. Bu sayfadaki koşullar onu tamamlar; çelişki olursa Apple EULA'sı esas alınır.

Lisans

Oyunu kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçla, sahibi olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlarda oynamanız için size devredilemez, sınırlı bir lisans veriyoruz. Oyunun kodu, tasarımı, bulmacaları ve içerikleri Digitagram'a aittir.

Coinler ve sanal öğeler

Coinler ve diğer sanal öğeler yalnızca Oyun içinde kullanılır; gerçek para değeri yoktur, paraya çevrilemez ve başkasına aktarılamaz.
Coinler cihazınızda saklanır. Oyunu silerseniz veya cihaz değiştirirseniz coinleriniz kaybolabilir. Tek seferlik satın alımlar (reklamsız paket, başlangıç paketi) "Satın alımları geri yükle" ile geri alınabilir.
Coin paketleri, satın alma tamamlandığında hesabınıza eklenir ve kullanılmış sayılır.

Satın alımlar ve iadeler

Tüm satın alımlar Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yapılır ve bu mağazaların koşullarına tabidir. İade talepleri ilgili mağaza üzerinden yapılır: Apple için reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play için Play Store'daki sipariş geçmişi.

VIP abonelik

VIP; reklamsız oyun, günlük hediyenin iki katı ve her bölümde ücretsiz ipucu sağlar.
Abonelik haftalık veya aylık olarak seçtiğiniz dönem sonunda otomatik yenilenir. Yenilemeden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezseniz ücret mağaza hesabınızdan alınır.
Aboneliği mağaza hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.
Ücretsiz deneme sunulmuşsa ve deneme bitmeden iptal etmezseniz deneme sonunda ücretli abonelik başlar.

Kurallar

Oyunu değiştirmek, hile yazılımı kullanmak, satın alma sistemini atlatmaya çalışmak veya Oyunu yasa dışı amaçla kullanmak yasaktır. Bu durumlarda Oyun içi avantajları geri alma hakkımız saklıdır.

Sorumluluk

Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti edemeyiz. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, Oyunun kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

Değişiklikler

Oyunu ve bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde güncel sürümü bu sayfada yayımlarız.

Terms of Use

By downloading or playing WordVenture ("the Game") you agree to these terms. The Game is developed by Digitagram.

Apple users

If you downloaded the Game from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies. These terms add to it; where they conflict, Apple's EULA prevails.

Licence

We grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to play the Game for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. The Game's code, design, puzzles and content belong to Digitagram.

Coins and virtual items

Coins and other virtual items can only be used in the Game; they have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred.
Coins are stored on your device. If you delete the Game or change devices, your coins may be lost. One-time purchases (Remove Ads, Starter Pack) can be recovered with "Restore purchases".
Coin packs are added to your balance when the purchase completes and count as delivered.

Purchases and refunds

All purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and follow those stores' terms. Refunds are requested through the store: reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple, or your order history in Google Play.

VIP subscription

VIP gives you no ads, a double daily gift and free hints every level.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each weekly or monthly period. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal, your store account is charged.
You can manage or cancel the subscription in your store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, the paid subscription starts when the trial ends.

Rules

Modifying the Game, using cheats, trying to bypass the purchase system or using the Game for unlawful purposes is not allowed. In those cases we may remove in-game benefits.

Liability

The Game is provided "as is". We cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Game.

Changes

We may update the Game and these terms. When terms change in an important way, we publish the current version on this page.
